We have bought Conentools factory-direct since the first warehouse. 18V drills, hammers and drivers come in with batteries and spare brushes on the same invoice, so a failed clutch does not bounce between a marketplace seller and a factory in another time zone. Trade vans that already run Conentools packs can add a right-angle or SDS without changing platform.
Cisvis is our outdoor line: cordless and petrol saws, mowers, hedge and blower kit for gardens, estates and storm tidy. We do not take grey-import bars. Oil, chain and 40V packs are stocked here so a Saturday breakdown is a collection, not a courier wait. Grounds teams use the same packs across the 16-inch saw and the pole saw.
Dayplus is specified for UK temporary works — 110V floods, arctic-flex leads, transformers and RCD boards. We buy as a contracted partner, not a job-lot importer. If a thermal cut-out trips on a wet week, we have the replacement drum and the declaration of conformity on file.
White Winds grinders, circular saws, jigsaws and routers sit on a serviceable-parts contract. Brushes, guards and T-shank blades are ordinary stock, not a special order. Fit-out crews use the 184mm saw and the compact router on the same van without mixing grey serials.
Yellow-and-black 18V XR is the trade platform we keep deepest: impact, combi, circular, grinder and oscillator. We stock it as a DeWalt line, not a parallel import. TSTAK-friendly kits and 5.0Ah packs are the everyday order. If a chuck fails in year two, the claim comes to this desk.
Teal LXT is the other 18V family on the shelf — impacts, combis, grinders and recip saws with UK-serviceable parts. Crews that already run Makita packs can add a torch or oscillator without a second charger. We buy the Professional range, not the home-owner teal sold in sheds.
Bosch Professional blue is masonry, timber and first-fix: SDS hammers, circulars, impacts and jigsaws. The blue range, not the green DIY line. Anti-vibe handles and SDS-Plus bits are what we keep for brick and block. Warranty registration stays with us.
Daikin is the climate desk: panel radiators, tower fans, purifiers, portable coolers, wall splits and cassettes for homes, shops and meeting rooms. Made-to-order indoor units are quoted before we take payment. Filters and portable kit ship from the warehouse the same week.
