How fast do you deliver?
In-stock tools on the UK mainland typically leave the same working day if the order is confirmed before 14:00. Highlands, islands and NI are quoted when we reply. Free mainland delivery over £50.00.
What if I need to return it?
Consumers have 14 days after delivery to cancel unused goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Trade returns are by agreement — tell us before you send anything back. See Delivery & returns.
Is WELCOME10 a real first-order discount?
Yes. One 10% code on the first bag after you tick consent on the slide-over or the footer. It is not a weekly coupon drop. EXPAND15 and TRADE25 are the other published codes.
Do you take payment on this site?
Not on this site. Add the tools you want, then send an enquiry with your name, email and phone. We reply with availability and how to complete the order.
Who holds the warranty?
Searcher Harry Limited, trading as Harry Tools. Keep the invoice. Typical tool cover is 12–36 months depending on the brand. Daikin follows the maker and any installer conditions.
Are DeWalt, Makita and Bosch grey imports?
No. We buy those lines as a retailer, not as a parallel importer. Serials, spare parts and claims come to this desk.
Why are some Daikin units made to order?
Wall splits, cassettes and floor consoles are sized to the room. We quote install before we take payment. Portable coolers, fans, purifiers and filters ship from the warehouse.
Can I collect?
Trade collection can be arranged on the order. Email hello@harrytools.co.uk with the SKUs and a preferred window. We do not run a walk-in counter for browsing.
