Delivery and returns
Mainland UK dispatch from the warehouse. Free over £50.00. Returns are written down here so there is no surprise at the door.
Delivery
In-stock lines typically leave the same working day if the order is in before 14:00. You get a tracking number when the carrier collects. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted on the order — we do not guess a flat fee.
Made-to-order Daikin indoor units do not ship until the room load and install are agreed. Portable climate, filters and tools that show “In stock” follow the ordinary cut-off.
Returns
If you are buying as a consumer, you have 14 days after delivery to cancel unused goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The item should be unused, complete, and in the original packaging. Email hello@harrytools.co.uk before you post anything back.
Trade returns are by agreement. Opened blades, used chain oil, cut cable and commissioned climate equipment are not returnable as unused goods.
Warranty vs return
A fault after you have used the tool is a warranty claim, not a cooling-off return. See warranty information and report a product problem.
