Cover sits with Searcher Harry Limited, trading as Harry Tools. Keep your invoice — that is the proof of purchase.
What is covered
New products are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty plus our UK consumer rights. Trade and domestic customers both get a copy of the invoice on dispatch.
Typical tool warranties are 12–36 months depending on the brand and whether the product is registered. Daikin heating and cooling units follow the maker’s terms and any installer conditions.
How to claim
Email hello@harrytools.co.uk with your order number, photos of the fault, and the serial or SKU. Do not return the product until we say so — we will tell you whether it is collect, repair, replace, or credit.
What is not covered
Fair wear, blades, batteries used outside the published cycle, water damage on tools that are not rated for it, and work done by an unauthorised repairer. That is standard, not a trick.
