Searcher Harry Limited is the data controller for Harry Tools. We collect only what we need to sell tools, run accounts, and — if you tick the box — send news.
What we collect
Name, email, phone, an optional postcode, a note, and the tools in your bag. We do not take card or PayPal details on this site. Newsletter preferences are stored only if you opt in.
Why we use it
To fulfil orders, handle warranty and safety notices, answer supplier applications, and send marketing only where you have ticked the consent box. You can ask us to stop at any time: hello@harrytools.co.uk.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for tax and product-safety reasons. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. Until the live site has a server, demo sign-ups stay in this browser only.
